Volunteer Gwinnett

Volunteer Gwinnett

Volunteer Gwinnett is a countywide volunteer program designed to involve more residents in volunteer activities associated with County government. Volunteers have been an important part of some County departments and agencies for many years. The County expanded the volunteer program in 2012, with a bold goal of reaching 1 million volunteer hours by 2015.

Gwinnett County depends on volunteers to help provide residents with the best services and programs possible. Our volunteers directly contribute to the excellent quality of life residents enjoy in our community.

You can volunteer a few hours a day or a week, participate in a one-time event, and/or serve on a long-term basis.

If your organization/company/group would like to volunteer:
Submit an online application and provide additional information as requested (i.e. number of people involved and any pertinent information). A volunteer liaison will follow up with you to obtain more information.

There are many volunteer opportunities to fit your skill set and schedule.

Upcoming volunteer opportunities include Fall events at the parks: camping events, festivals, Kids Outdoor Day fun, etc.
