KAYAK: A beautiful place to kayak. You can rent kayaks from the park office open daily 8 am-5 pm at Don Carter State Park

HIKE or BIKE: For those who enjoy hiking and biking, a multi-use trail winds through the beautiful hardwood forest, offering a scenic adventure.

CAMP: Overnight visitors have several lodging options, including two-bedroom cabins on wooded hillsides near the lake, an RV campground, and a primitive camping area for tents and hammocks. The gated campground and cottage loop ensure a secure and peaceful stay for guests.

HOURS: The park is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the office hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

FEE: Parking is affordable at just $5 per vehicle, with annual passes available for frequent visitors.
