“Discovery Saturdays in August at Elachee Nature Science Center! 
Join us for weekends filled with exploration, education, and excitement in the heart of Chicopee Woods! 
No pre-registration required!
Live Animal Encounters: Meet fascinating creatures up close with our Elachee Naturalist, available throughout the day to guide you through enticing animal encounters and tours of our animal room!
Discovery Room Activities: Dive into the wonders of nature with special crafts and activities inspired by the trees and forests of Chicopee Woods! Fun for all ages but targeted for preschoolers and young elementary-aged children.
Guided Tree ID Hikes: Embark on a journey of discovery with our Elachee Naturalist-led Tree ID hikes at 10:30 am and 1:00 pm. Learn to identify trees, explore their unique features, and deepen your connection to the natural world!
Admission: Included with $10 General Admission for ages 3 and up. Members enjoy free admission. No pre-registration required!
