Chemistry of Cooking: Caramelization (All Ages)

“Join us as we experiment with the process of caramelization and create tasty dishes. Participants will have an opportunity to taste the dishes.
Do you know how much chemistry you do every time you cook? Let’s learn about the everyday science that goes on whenever you pick up a kitchen utensil! During our Chemistry of Cooking program we will whip up some delicious snacks and discuss the chemistry behind them.
