When times are hard it can be a challenge to find joy in your life. Sometimes we need to step out of ourselves for a new perspective. In honor of World Mental Health day we invite you to join us this month to celebrate Artober by coming together and getting creative. We will be painting kindness rocks to create our community rock garden and sharing resources for those struggling with their mental health.”
