Easter Sunrise Service (Stone Mountain Park)

“Celebrate Easter Sunday with us at the Top of Stone Mountain! This tradition began in 1944 with a small youth group from Stone Mountain First United Methodist Church. Since then, it has grown into a beloved annual event, drawing thousands to worship at the summit.
Join us for an inter-denominational gathering featuring powerful worship by Parker Wyatt and inspiring messages from Bryant Wright (Founder, Right From The Heart Ministries & President, Send Relief) and Crawford Loritts (Founder, Beyond Our Generation).
Event Details:
– Park Gates Open: 3:00 AM
– Summit Skyride Opens: 4:00 AM
– Service Begins: 7:00 AM
– Sign language interpreters will be available.
Tickets & Entry:
– Vehicle Entry: $20/day or $40/annual pass (Church vans & buses enter free).
– Summit Skyride: $20 round-trip / $15 one-way (Walk-up trail is free).
*Please note: Large crowds are expected – arrive early! If taking the Skyride one way, note that your vehicle will be 1.5 miles from the exit point.”
