Health & Wellness | Gratitude Jar (Ages 6-11)

“Studies have shown that focusing on the positive elements in one’s life can improve wellbeing, and a gratitude jar is an easy way for kids to acknowledge those aspects.
Gratitude jars are a fun, artistic, and hands-on way for children to practice gratitude. As opposed to traditional journaling, gratitude jars can be a shared activity amongst family members, are quicker and simpler to complete, can hold more than just written words or pictures, and can be a visual reminder of all that your child is grateful for.”
