“All ages are invited to join us for 90 minutes of structured play, joy, movement, and interactive storytelling. InterPlay tools and methods will be introduced incrementally so they are accessible to all bodies. Unlock the wisdom of your body with InterPlay and discover for yourself how resilient you can be.

Appropriate for all ages. Adults are especially invited, and children welcome with a parent or caregiver. Come prepared to move.”
