Lunar New Year 2024 (Ages 6-11)

“Join us to learn about this amazing east and southeast Asian festival at the Duluth Branch Library. Decorate your home with colorful festive arts to bring good luck to you and your family! Supplies will be provided.
Lunar New Year, also known as Spring Festival, is the most important and most festive holiday of the year in many east and southeast Asian countries. The holiday typically falls sometime between January 21st and February 20th annually. Join us to learn about the traditional Lunar New Year celebration around the world. Create your own lion dance puppet, miniature origami and rattle drum wishing for good luck to celebrate the year of the dragon! Supplies will be provided.”
