“Calling all nature enthusiasts! Join us for No School Nature Days, where visitors of all ages can experience the wonders of nocturnal wildlife.

Theme: Nocturnal Creatures! Discover the fascinating world of animals that come alive at night through hands-on programs, exhibits, live animal encounters, and more!

Activities Include:
Nocturnal Neighbors Program: Discover the fascinating world of Georgia’s nocturnal animals with our Nocturnal Neighbors program at 10:30am and 1:00pm! Just in time for spooky season, we’ll be taking a captivating look at the unique adaptations and behaviors that enable these amazing creatures to thrive in the darkness. From elusive owls and mysterious bats to stealthy foxes, our expert naturalists will guide you through an exploration of nighttime nature!

Live Animal Encounters: Meet fascinating creatures up close with our Elachee Naturalist, available throughout the day to guide you through enticing animal encounters and tours of our animal room!

Discovery Room Activities: Dive into the wonders of nature with special crafts and activities inspired by the nocturnal creatures that go bump in the night, from bats to owls to raccoons! Fun for all ages but targeted for preschoolers and young elementary-aged children.

Admission: $10 per person; $5 parking fee to Chicopee Woods per car. Members enjoy free admission. No pre-registration required!
