STEM – Science | Spring Resilience of Pollinators (Ages 6-11)

April 30 @ 6:00 pm 7:00 pm

“Join us to learn about two types of pollinators found in our area, bees and butterflies, and the important role that they play in our everyday lives.

  • Pollinators are responsible for 1 out of 3 bites of food we take each day.
  • They are essential for the health of our ecosystems and the health of many of our food crops.
  • Pollinator populations are declining worldwide largely due to habitat loss, invasive plants,  and pesticides.
  • How we can help our pollinators in our backyards?”
