Trash Regatta: Bottles to Boats (Must Register)

“Join us for The Trash Regatta: Bottles to Boats as we turn Gwinnett County’s trash into another man’s treasure. The main event will be a boat race on running water. Teams will use an array of recyclable “trash” and other materials and decorations to design their own floating boat and enter them in the great boat race to test their engineering and creativity, while learning about the impacts of our trash on the ecosystem and how we can recycle and reuse items.
